Custom saddles require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before your saddle can be released for delivery.

Saddles from our inventory are typically shipped on approval. If you decide to purchase your test saddle, payment is due at the end of the trial period. Otherwise, to order a saddle from inventory, payment must be made to release the saddle for shipment.

WARRANTY

Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for five years, with the exception of Velcro areas and the panels. The warranty assumes that the saddles will be cared for and stored properly, but may be ridden in all conditions, including extremely difficult terrain or weather. We would be happy to send you a copy of our Warranty Certificate.

RETURNS

Remember, we won't sell you a saddle without a successful trial period. After purchase, standard saddles may be returned within 30 days. Charges for wear and tear or damage to the saddle, if any, will be assessed, and all freight charges are the purchaser's responsibility.
