ReactorPanel Customer Service?

RP President Carmi Weininger is dedicated to old fashioned values, which include the highest level of customer service and support. As she is known to say, "the only promise we make is to do our very best to help you", and you will find this promise kept throughout the RP organization. In fact, we challenge you to find another company in any industry which is as dedicated to you - our customer - as we are.

We initiated the industry's ONLY free two-week test ride program, and are delighted that this has caused other companies to begin to offer trials longer than the 48-hour norm that existed when we entered the US market in 1999.

We offer the industry's ONLY "Ride Til You're Sure" program, with our generous lease terms that mean you can ride as long as you need until you are absolutely sure about our saddle system.

Drawing on Carmi's corporate background, we began surveying our customers and measuring their satisfaction levels beginning in 2001. The responses from our customers have guided our policies, our product selections, and even our saddle pad patterns. Here's some information garnered over the years that you may find interesting.

How many years of riding experience does the average RP customer have?

More than 90% say their horse has improved when queried around six months after their saddle purchase date.

Over 96% are as or MORE satisfied with their saddle six months later than they were at the time they decided to buy it.

Over 96% are as or MORE satisfied with their saddle six months later than they were at the time they decided to buy it.

Would you recommend us to others? Almost 99% say yes!
