Next Steps

We want to make it easy for you to buy your “dream saddle”. That’s why we developed our unique two-week Test Ride Program – to turn test rides into dream rides.

After Your Test Ride

Our goal for the test ride period is your comfort with a definitive “yes” or “no” decision about the saddle. That’s why the free test interval lasts two weeks, with minimal restrictions.

After two weeks of test riding the saddle, you have several options:

  • Buy the saddle
  • Return the saddle
  • Convert your trial to a lease, and ride for two more weeks
  • Try a different RP model

Buying the RP Saddle

We want to make it easy for you to buy the perfect saddle for you and your horse. After you have successfully concluded your test ride, you may choose to purchase the saddle you’ve been test riding. Simply communicate your decision to keep the saddle, and we'll get you checked out quickly.

Not for you? We offer simple returns.

If you decide the RP isn't right for you or your horse, simply return the saddle per our Return Shipping Instructions. We're happy to send you a label or issue a call tag for your convenience - just ask!

Not Sure? Extend Your Trial

If you need to extend your test ride, you can convert to a weekly lease at $100 per week for an additional two week period. If you choose this option, the lease fees paid will reduce the saddle price if you buy the saddle you are leasing. New policy effective September 1, 2015.

The saddle was close - but not perfect? Try another.

Getting every detail just right makes a great deal of difference in you comfort and connection to your horse. You will learn a great deal about yourself and your horse during your trial and with this information, we are almost certain to be able to guide you to a saddle that is truly just right in every aspect. We carry a large inventory and will probably be able to ship you a new saddle immediately, but if not, our quick-turn ordering means we can supply you with a saddle built to your specifications in as little as 6 weeks.
